You can simply use it by typing in the Search box:
mdsched
and selecting Memory Diagnostic Tool from the results, or by administrative Command Prompt by typing the equivalent command:
mdsched.exe
The tool will start at the next reboot, and it will take several minutes mainly depending on the installed memory amount.
When finished, it will reboot the computer to start it normally.
You can find the test result, in System channel of the Event Log, by looking for:
MemoryDiagnostic
